The Human Pincode

What is your favorite number?

I love the book The Human Pincode. It gives every number meaning and resonance.

(The Human Pin Code is a scientific method of analyzing our personality as imprinted on our day of birth. The Human Pin Code technique was developed over eighteen years, using tens of thousands of case studies, by Douglas Forbes.")

5 is my favorite number.

It is the number of the explorer and adventurer—the one who is always wondering.

I am excited as we enter the fifth month of this year, May, and the full moon is moving through Scorpio. It’s intense.

It's incredible to think about how time passes so quickly, and yet each day brings with it new opportunities to grow and evolve.

At the beginning of this year, some of us experienced a slow start that left us feeling frustrated or comforted. But now, we find ourselves in the present moment, where anything is possible. Life seems to have picked up it’s pace and there is some scrambling and intensity in the air.

What if we don’t go into overdrive, and rather found the flow and ride the waves.

Easier said than done, I know.

One thing

I have learnt is to call in and embrace an accountability team around me, to call in collaboration, this seems to help with staying in the flow and meeting my goals or agendas.

Another thing is,

I start every day by writing. I pour my thoughts onto the page, allowing myself to be vulnerable and honest. Sometimes, the words that emerge are beautiful, and I sit in awe of how they flow together. Other times, I can't make sense of anything, but I still let it all out. This way the day starts with a fresh mind.

I'm in the process of redesigning myself and my life. It's not easy, but it's incredibly fun. FUN stands for Functioning Unconditionally Now.

I'm shedding old molds, trying on new ones, always committed to my authentic self.

I've shed many molds in my life, and each time, it feels like a frustrating shopping trip where nothing fits and everything is overpriced. But then, I glimpse in a store window and smile, realizing I don't need a new dress. I am enough, just as I am.

Acceptance leads me to my sense of choice.

I hope you, too, can find your reflection and smile today, finding peace and the knowledge that you are enough.

You don't need to be anyone else or live up to anyone else's expectations.

What would happen if you showed up as yourself?

As we celebrate the full moon, take the time to care for yourself and those you love. Find your most authentic reflection in the world around you and smile at it.

You are enough.

With appreciation and love,

PS: if you want to find your way in this world as yourself and be in charge of your experience, book a session with me, so I can share Metamorphosis with you too.

Learn to trust yourself and the choices that will serve you and the world.

When you are having fun, the ripple effect can be profound. But I mean real FUN when you are functioning unconditionally in the Now.
